100cuxi is an online gambling platform operating under international licensing. The platform provides a range of services including online slots, live casino, sports betting, arcade games and basketball betting to eligible users in Malaysia.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members or friends. Any activity that occurs in your account is your own responsibility.

• Use the same full name as shown on your identity card (MyKad) when registering.
• The email address registered must belong to you and be active.
• The mobile number provided must be reachable for verification purposes.
• Any changes to account information must be notified to customer service.

100cuxi reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason, at the platform's absolute discretion.

All deposited funds must be legitimately yours. Using another person's payment method without written consent is a breach of these terms and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

• Deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited to the account within a short time.
• 100cuxi does not bear any charges imposed by third-party payment providers.
• Failed or delayed deposit transactions must be reported to support within 24 hours.
• The platform reserves the right to hold funds suspected of being obtained unlawfully until an investigation is complete.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the chosen method and current system load.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, except in certain circumstances approved by support.
• Any wagering requirements associated with bonuses must be met before a withdrawal is processed.

• Welcome Bonus: A bonus of 120% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Example: deposit RM100, receive a bonus of RM120, account balance RM220, and the total wagering that must be completed is RM2,400 (RM120 × 20).
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or exchanged directly for cash.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is prohibited and will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and possible account closure.
• VIP Programme: 100cuxi VIP members are divided into three tiers — Bronze (weekly cashback of up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), and Gold (up to 1.2%). Progression between tiers depends on the user's level of activity and loyalty.
• The platform reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion without prior notice.

All games available on the 100cuxi platform — including online slots, live casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), sports betting, sportsbook, and arcade games — operate according to their respective rules as displayed within the game interface.

• Game results generated by a certified random number generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed.
• Any technical disruption during a game session that affects the outcome will be resolved in accordance with the policy of the relevant game provider.
• Sports betting is subject to odds changes until the bet is confirmed by the system.
• Mix parlay and accumulator bets are subject to specific limits stated in the sports section.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 100cuxi platform and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in games.
• Manipulation or attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Falsification of identity information or verification documents.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Collusion between multiple players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Use of VPN or other methods to conceal a user's actual location.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt platform operations.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 100cuxi customer service. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal subject to any outstanding wagering requirements.

100cuxi reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the user does not meet the age eligibility requirement.
• Confirmed fraudulent activity or attempted money laundering.
• Request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Confirmed ownership of multiple accounts.

In cases of closure due to a terms violation, all bonuses and winnings obtained during the violation period will be forfeited.

100cuxi provides this platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The platform does not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or that it will meet the specific needs of users.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 100cuxi will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by third parties, including payment providers or game providers.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Any financial decisions made based on information on this platform.

100cuxi reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at the platform's discretion. The effective date of the latest version will be displayed at the top of this page.

Users are advised to check this page from time to time to stay informed of the latest changes. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws under the international licensing jurisdiction that recognises 100cuxi's operations. Any dispute arising from or related to this agreement shall first be resolved through direct negotiation with the 100cuxi support team.

If a resolution through support is not reached, the dispute will be referred to an independent arbitrator under the arbitration rules of the relevant regulatory body. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties.

In all cases, the user agrees that any claim against the platform must be submitted within 12 months of the date of the incident giving rise to the claim; claims submitted after this period are void.
